Ebay

Question Posted Monday July 18 2005, 6:44 pm

Let's say I bought something on Ebay, but didn't want it anymore. Is it legal for me to sell it on Ebay again? I already looked at their site and couldn't find the rules for that.

Selling things you don't want anymore is pretty much what Ebay is for.

Is it legal? Why would it not be? It's now yours; you're free to do with it what you will.
