Becoming a vegetarian

Question Posted Monday July 18 2005, 1:32 am

I have been thinking of becoming vegetarian for quite some time now. I was wondering if anyone knew of any websites about being vegetarian so i can decide. Also Do you think it would be ok to ease into becoming one? Not just all at once?
Thanks

trust me it's really easy becoming a vegitarian if you think it wrong to eat something with a face. for me i will not even eat fish even though it's not considered mean. It's still an animal. If you want to get the nutrision of meat but not eat it. try sunrise tofu. heres the website. [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)

As with all changes in diet, make sure to incorporate a good quality multi-vitamin into your diet to make sure you're getting all the vitamins and minerals that your body needs. One A Day has a good formula.

I think it is good to ease into becoming one like saying you arn't going to eat pork one week and then the next week you arn;t going to eat pork and some other meat. I would go to google.com and type in becoming a vegetarian! I think i am becoming one myself!

...If you go to any form of peta website so help me god you better be laughing at the content.

PETA is a loosely affiliated extremist group hell bent on framing large-scale organizations that don't offer vegeterian solutions to the tree-humping bastards.

If you fall into that cult. Then hopefully your death from a riot officers bullet is fast.

I'm in the same position - I want to become a veggie too! And I think I've made my mind up to be one (what swayed me was watching a programme about an abatoir *shudder*). So this isn't so much of an answer, but I just wanna wish you luck and to say that I'm with you! Oh yeah, and a good website is [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)

im a vegetarian and i just decided to do it one night, i didnt ease into it. it was actually pretty easy even with my family being huge meat eaters. the only problem is eating at fast food places so if possible i try to go to subway and get a veggie sub. good luck. oh www.peta2.com is good, even if they are a little extreme.
