please help

ok so im 5'5 and weigh 170 i have alot of muscle so i dont look like it' but i would still like to lose 20-30 lbs. and i dont know how. i want to lose it as fast as possible but i dont wanna do anything that isnt healthy. thnx

take your time. if someone is giving you bullshit about it, i'll be the shit out of them. or you can beat them with you muscles. ;)I use to be a 170 pounds when i was in grade 6 but know im only 129 pounds and im going into grade 9. you lose it when you grow. (i think your still growing right? im confused) well i just do 100 sit ups a night so try that. you'll lose weight fast.

well start eating healthyer cut the junk food if you eat it drink alot of water and stuff like O and exersize.

well muscle weighs more then fat so you are going to have to lose the muscle...just cut back on soda and drink water, not so many carbs and stuff like that!

you can run around your neighborhood, dont drink soda, go for milk and yogurt and other dairy products and fruit veggies and water. exercise daily like half an hour to an hour (but have a water bottle by your side)...that should lose you about a couple lbs in 2 days. try to stay away from the fatty foods like candy and when you're eating meat, don't eat the fat off it (ick!). good luck and if you need anything else, drop 1 in my inbox...hope i helped!

I would suggest running for at least like 10-15 minutes every day, eat healthy and just be happy with yourself. No one has a perfect celebrity body. And if you did it would probably be unhealthy. Maybe getting a workout dvd/tape would help. Hope this helps..

dont have liposuction. thats not really healthy for you. but like, all you can do is workout & eat healthy. im 5'8" and i weight a lot too, i also have a lot of muscle like you. but people cant tell. and theres not any ways to loose weight too fast. & liposuction isnt fast. you still have to recover fron it. so just eat healthier & workout. but dont over workout, its not good for you either.i hope i helped.

Well all you have to do is maby not eat junky food eat like Apples with cinnamon(thats my favorite snack)take runs down you street eveyday and exersize.Good Luck!
