♥I definitly can relate to you. I used to wake up in the middle of the night and just go to town on nachos and sandwhiches and such. Not healthy, and it makes you feel sick in the morning. Now I eat cereal and milk whenever i'm in need of a midnight snack. It's perfect. It tastes good, it's filling, and it's healthy for you. Buy all different kinds so you don't get sick of just one cereal. Also I can reccomend:

*Tortilla chips and fresh salsa.
*Cut up raw veggies dipped in dressing/dip.
*Fruit sprinkled with a little sugar. (try again)
*Small salad.

Drinking lots of water will help fill your stomach if you eat a small healthy snack like fruit. I still say cereal is your best bet.

Fruits aren't too filling...

Try yogurt or smoothies. Or a nice glass of chocolate milk.

actually it doesnt matter what time you eat..like if you eat at 12 midnight. you wont gain or lose anything. it all depends on the amount of calories you ate during the day..like say you ate your full amount of calories then snacked at night then youd gain some weight. but if you didnt eat all your calories that day then it wont hurt you..so dont worry about it! thats a myth..

Its good that you've tried fruit & sometimes its hard to not eat munchies at night. Sometimes though, you have to be strong. Keep with the fruit and maybe tell yourself, "if i don't eat anything right now, I'll treat myself tomorrow to something". It doesn't have to be edible. Hope I helped!

Try a salad? Put yummy stuff on it. Dressing, almonds, shrimp, croutons, raisins, beans, whatever. And drink lots of water to fill your belly. That'll make you full. You might still have the urge for junk food, but don't do it!!! lol.
