I do like a billion sports at one time... which I get very sweaty... and dude the stuff helps soo much. it's just as good as proactive but cheaper. :) and just wash your whole face it could end up everywhere on your face at one point not just your forehead. Trust me. Just wash your face twice and day and put acnefree on right after you dry your face too.

well frm the directons i think you haveto put it on all over your face even if there is no acne there so it can prevent future acne. than yes you put the lotion nd toner all over too. i tried proactive nd it only works the first few times i used it nd stopped working.
SweetStarx89 answered Wednesday July 13 2005, 11:39 pm: Hey I would put the wash the whole face tone and lotion my whole face because one it prevents acne and two it's just better lol not only will it get rid of the acne it will keep your whole face clear so that you will have a clear forehead and the next thing you know a blotchy left cheek. lol I hope I helped.
