Turn the fan on if you have one. You might also need to clean the filters in the AC.

That happens to me sometimes too. What I do is:

-turn off the vents, and have a fan near me, and if I start getting REALLY cold, I have a light blanket around me.

-turn the vent in the opposite direction, so they'll cool the room, but not directly at you.

.. hope I helped!!

Put a cold wet towel behind your neck, this should cool you off.

The ac upstairs in mi house is bad too. Walking upstars for 2 seconds makes me sweat like crazy. Call someone to fix it. Don't call BGE though, because they fix it temporarily. Get a Profesional.

Maybe you have a fever and you just don't knbow it or maybe you just need to relax if your going through stress but just normally relax by the air conditioning sooner or later your body will adapt to the cool and you'll be cold through heat or blaze.
