I used to have acne on my arms too, mostly shoulders. Use Dial Soap. It really works cause I have no more acne on my arms.

whatever you do dont pop them, theyll spread more. anyway.....use your face cleaner or cleanser on your arm. if you dont have a face cleanser buy oxy pads or neutrigina cream cleanser, they both work well ]
i useto have that a lil bit but when i stared going started going tanning they went away but you can try proative that might help ♥ ]
The solution Proactiv works really well. its kind of expensive but it definitly works. if that doesnt end up working try finding a new dermatologist that you like better and ask them what they would recomend. good luck! ]
♥What you have really isn't common, and since it's spreading, it's probably not mild. Most products you find in stores like Wal Mart really don't work, you can try things like Neutrogena but it's most likely going to be a waste. Go to the dermatologist, it doesn't matter if you don't like him/her, it matters that you get rid of the acne. If you really are stubborn, I can suggest a few products for you that can be found in local stores:
--Cetaphil everyday skin cleanser.
--Neutrogena oil-free acne wash.
--ProActiv Acne system (find at the mall).
--Pure Witch Hazel Astringent. ]
Go to the books aisle of Walmart.
Pick up a dictionary: that's D-I-C-T-I-O-N-A-R-Y.
Oh, and some anti-spot cream or something. ]
Theres this cream called Freederm over her in England and its for acne spots it prevents them getting bigger and makes them go. ]
Proactive I dont have acne but I do brake out some times.
But this really helps you and its only 60 dollars.
p.s. rate me

I've heard of things specifically for that, but I've never seen them. I used to have the same problem, and found a few things that helped. Scrub the area really good when you're in the shower, every day. Once your skin is dry, use a stridex pad everywhere that you break out. Try different products made for your face on the area to find what works best for you. ]
