MFS answered Monday July 11 2005, 12:53 am: During sex, a small amount of semen is secreted the entire time, as the man's body's way to try to keep things lubricated and cleansed. Being what it is, it does indeed contain sperm, and can get the someone pregnant. The guy cannot stop it from occurring, beyond getting snipped - and even then, that will only eliminate the sperm, as the prostate will still produce semen.
