Okay heres the thing, i know how to blend pictures and everything but i dont know how to give it a certain color. Like this picture... [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) it has 4 different colors, like a tone. I want to do that to my picture but i dont know how to.

Any one ill rate a FIVE!!!!~!~

See if there is a "color" option in the paintbrush tool. (It should be along with things like "Normal", "Dissolve", "Hard Light" and more) That can be used to make the photo colored.

If there isn't such a function in the programs that you currently have, you can download the GIMP at [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) ([Link](Mouse over link to see full location) if you're NOT using Windows), there are lots of things you can do with it and it's free.

Ah, yes. This was done by putting each individual picture into black and white, and then changing the hue. These pictures were blended together using layers, putting one on top of the other and erasing the parts the person didn't want, ending up with a collage type of thing.

I'm not absolutely certain, but I do not believe that your software will do the trick. You'll need something much better. The best program to use is Adobe Photoshop. Unless you pirate it, though, it is rather pricey to buy. Another good program is Macromedia Fireworks, which is also expensive. A program that isn't as good, but will probably work, is called Paintshop Pro. You can buy it for $60, or get a 30 day trial here:
