yeah guys usually like it when girls make the first move, but usually girls want guys to make the first move, but girls usually end up making the first move, i think the guy should be in control , girls usually like that

well usually the guys do like it when the girl makes the first move (because it shows their aggressive side that they like) and if you feel comfterable.. then go right a head and if you do make the first move then you should be on top... otherwise if he does (which is just fine too) then he should be on top

It all depends on the girl. Most girls like the guy to make the first move because it's more... romantic. Also, girls like the guys to be on top when making out.
