okay, during the day i have nothing to do, i am so bored. school years aren't so bad because i have school and homework and stuff like that, but the summers are unbearable! I have nothing to do. i can't get a job even though i want to because of those damn child labor laws and i don't have a driver's liscence so can anyone think of stuff i can do during the day?
kitty_kat123 answered Friday July 8 2005, 5:17 pm: You may not be able to get a PROFESSIONAL job with like... employees and stuff but there is NO LAW that says you can't have a BABYSITTING job. First of all, you can have fun with the little children and second of all, you make MONEY! If you don't want to do that, invite a friend over or go to a friends house and go to an amusement park or something. I know how you feel, by the way. I'm bored this summer, too. Just ask your mother/father/aunt/.uncle/grandma/grandpa/ whoever drives you around to drive you somewhere like a friends house. There are also LOTS of camps you can go to. Those are really fun, if you don't get homesick. Well,
Best of luck!
Hope I helped!

If you don't have a drivers licence then walk places and get exercise, or maybe you know someone who could drive you places? Summer's meant to be fun, so don't waste it hanging round on your own. cujobird answered Friday July 8 2005, 4:13 pm: Hi!
Is there somewhere you can volunteer where you live? When my son was too young for working ,he was able to volunteer at a pizza place as kitchen help.Places like that welcome volunteers,so they can get some free help and it will benefit you by getting your foot in the door so when you do turn of age for working and getting paid, they just might hire you because you're already trained.
Just a thought,hope it helped. [ cujobird's advice column | Ask cujobird A Question ]
