-clean your room
-work on some kind of house project..you will be suprised and proud at the crap you accomplish
-maybe garden
-write your feelings,write poems,stories,etc
-play board games
-read
-punch a pillow
-bake or cook something
i dont know if you can still do this but
-find good movies to watch
-go online
-talk on the phone
-go for walks
-play outside..if you have bros and sisters or something play games like kickball..tag..hide and go seek
-ride a bike
