cujobird answered Wednesday July 6 2005, 6:56 pm: When I want to lose weight fast I go on the Atkins Diet for about 10 days.Eggs,meat and cheese,no real limit.(not processed)Condiments:Real Mayo,butter,mustard,oil and vinegar.
Lettuce ,celery,radishes,Green veggies.
Important! Take a multi vitamin
Use your imagination for recipes.
I like to mix tuna with mayo and wrap it in lettuce of any kind.Make deviled eggs as a snack.Put block cheese strips in your salad.
A great drink is : 8oz Soda Water with 2 tsp lemon juice and one pk of sugar twin.(very refreshing) Or if you like diet pop,that'll work.
NOTE: If you start feeling weak eat more carbohydrates(Lettuce and veggies)
It takes 3 days to change your body over to burn the fat but after that you will see the difference.
