sort of both. but you have to do it every day. and if you want to make your butt tighter, I would go for a bike ride. And you can make fun out of it by asking some friends to go with you. It would probably be best if you didn't go alone. but other than that, I think that you would have alot of fun. I hope I helped. Remember that my inbox is always open. ]
