you have to be in shape enough to work out in public, the gym, teams, or around the neighborhood, some people say thats dumb but really, think about it, when you see a fat guy running down your street your like eww he needs to cover up and work somewhere else, everyone does, so how do you get in shape so that you can get in shape, and how do you make it fun so that you will actually start to exercise and continue for more than 5 minutes every month

One of the ways you can make exercising fun is by putting music on. Youcan be moving to the beat, for example try some sit ups and go up and down to the beat. If that's not fun try something you think is fun like a sport. Maybe you can get a family member to play with you! Remember, exercising won't get you anywhere if you don't eat foods you're supposed to. As a dessert try a salad you like and the food doesn't have to be eaten just cuz it's low calories, you have to like it.

one of those indoor excersise bikes can get you into shape if you have one
situps..crunches..eating right
i guess as you see pounds drop..that hapiness will make you keep going with your program..you dont have to go nuts..but making fitness a part of your life will help keep you going..even if you only have time for a quick walk around the neghborhood or 20 crunches and 20 siitups..its somethin right?
