Question Posted Tuesday July 5 2005, 1:08 am

i have "issues", and i think my friends know i do. i havent exactly talked to them directly about it yet. and im not sure how. i've been going through rough times and everything, and i just wasnt sure if i was supposed to talk to them about whats going on. i really dont know how to bring it up in a conversation, either. like im not just gunna blurt it out. i'd feel really uncomfortable.

my question is just.. should i talk to my friends about it? or just keep it to myself..??

Well, thats up to you. If you feel like you can trust them and think that they can help you then ya go for it. But if you would rather talk to a professional or keep your thoughts to yourseelf then thats fine too. If it gets to a point where you think you can't take it anymore then i really advice telling someone so it does't build up.

WELL, if your friends kind of already know, they might be worried about you. even if they had no idea, you should still tell them. if you have good friends, they will listen to you and be there for you and not judge you because of it. like i said, if they DO kind of know and ARE worried about you, they'll be glad you told them, and so will you, because chances are that whatever you have going on, they'll do whatever they can to help you, comfort you, and make you feel better. after all, that's what friends are for. i hope you figure it out!
