Hey, whenever I get new feedback and I get 5's, my feedback average always gets lower instead of higher. For example, my feedback was 4.53, then I got a 5 and it went to 4.43. What's up? What should I do?

1 - Contact site support and let them know.
2 - Don't worry about it. It's feedback from people who will typically rate you with a 1 just because they disagree.

well if the average really is wrong then you should tell the admin. to check it, divide the # of ratings into the total # of points.
