When my dad was a freshmen in college he got an offer to work at an airline company. He needed to take the job so he could help pay for his 10 brothers and sisters education. Well, as most of you know, since 9-11 the airline buisnesses have dropped alot. Since my Dad took that job, he had to quit college. Whats going to happen if he gets fired since he doesn't have a college degree?

If worst comes to worse then he will find another kind of job. College education isn't the only thing in this world. Work experience and attendance also go a long way in getting a job. Don't worry about it so much. Things usually work out for the best. :) [ karenR's advice column | Ask karenR A Question ]

I don't think your father would get fired, just because that business dropped a lot. How long has your father been in this business? And is he a good worker? There's no way someone could fire him for doing nothing wrong, there has to be a reason. If he did get fired though, he'd have to go back to college, or even community college. Theres a lot of good jobs that people can get just by going to community college for a year. If worst comes to worst, he could always do that, and if you are of age to work you could do so to help him out, until he is done college.
