Its false. I have layered hair, and it all grows pretty much at the same rate.
I hope I helped. ]
omg...thats the same thing that i got..so ugly..haha. but uhm i am taking vitamen E pills. and they are jsut vitamens so there are no risks and you can buy them at target or wal-mart or somthing..they are about $5. and so far my hairs been growing pretty fast..like probably and inch every 2 weeks or so. so this should work. good luck=D ]
it depends on you hair type. not all hair grows slow or fast like for some layers may grow fast others slow. but layers do give your hair a bigger affect and make it seem thicker.

no hair is hair no matter how you cut it it will grown normal . hair grows 1/2 and inch a month . ]
Yes but if you want for it to grow REALLY fast make a cream out of 1 cup mud, 1 cup conditioner, and 1tbs salt....its the fastest way

I can assure you that layers of hair do not grow faster than regular hair. It might appear that way depending on how much you get it trimmed. I have asked my hair person many times about how fast hair grows, and he has informed me that it all grows the same (and grows healthier if you get it trimmed approx. every 3-6 weeks). ]
