Diet & Work Out Routine I'm 14/M & I'm about 5'2 (maby even 5'1) & I weaigh about 115
I was looking for a work out routie that I could get a 6 pack, arm mussels, & a muscular chest
I'd also need a diet that I wouldn't gain alot of weaight from
& could you also tell me about how long it would take to get a 6 pack from your routie?
since I'm 14 & I live in a small town in Texas, I can't get a gym member-ship or will my mom, dad, or step-dad do anything to help me with this (I don't mind going behind there backs & doing stuff, they don't need to know everything that I do), so I can't really buy a magazine or buy a video on this

ok! i am a person who works out alot though i am still young ! i can give you some pointer!! i work out alot because i play soccer! anywayz ...
*run!! ( go on a 3 and half mile jog/run twice a week.... running helps your abs!!) the more you can run the beter your butt and legs ad abs will get!!
**do sit ups and crunches they works both parts of the abs lowers and uper!!
*** when doin crunches put ur feet in the air and cross your legs !! and hands behind your head!! it makes it ever harder so you will have to push your self !!
**** do rows!!! sit in a sit up postion and dont let any part of your body touch except your butt have your legs in the air as if you were still goin sit ups and your under body and hands in the air and go forward and back but dont let your body touch the ground!!! it is hard when your first start!! it is like rowing a boat !! it is all one motion and can be tricky!!
*****do push up!!! very important!! challnge your self push your self till you think you cant do anymore than do about 50 more!!
******do this 3 time a day!!! when you get up after lunch and before you go to bed!!!
do 50 crunchs 50 sit - up and 25 rows and 50 push up! 3 times a day !!! it will be really hard at first then it will get easier and the easier it comes temore you need to do!! by then end of a month you should be able to do 150 crunches 150 sit up 150 push ups and about 75 to 100 rows !!!
With the dieting!! eat many fuirt and vegatable !!! drink only water and gatorade!!! salads are awesome !!! NO JUNK FOOD !! NO POP NO CANDY!!! stay away from all of that very bad!
eat lots of pasta!! very good stay away from meat only eat meat rarley!! and eat small portion of food!
ALSO!! SWIMMING IS GREAT!! do many laps and if possible join a swim team!! if you can to that do alot of butterfly , backstorke ,freestyle, and breast... do about 100 laps a week!!!!! and psuh your self while doin it to do it slow and easily!!! PUSH UR SELF!!

well guys usually build muscle easier than girls. you can do crunches sit ups oblique crunches [those are crunches lyk with your feet laying to the side]. push ups can help with arms and pecks -chest. the further apart your hands are the more muscle toneing on your pecks i think or the opposite. for arms unless u have weights or resistance bands i dont think there is much u can do for that. //opt it works//

make a workoutplan for yourself with doing situps n pushups n stuff n maybe your parents can order something off t.v. for you.. hope i helped! <3*Nicole ]
i know a really good one for abs but it takes forever to explain if you cant show them how to do it so im really sorry! ]
