Ok, my whole life, I've always been convinced of the "impossible"... Things like the paranormal, or prehistoric creatures still living today. But right now, my issue is with the paranormal, more specifically "ghosts". I am almost.... Obsessed, you could say. I visit ghost web pages, read "true" ghost stories, my favourite section of this magazine I read is the sorta, "ghost stories section", and I absolutely love Horror movies. I believe its all possible. And lately I've been freaking out, and "seeing things". Am I paranoid about these things? And does anybody know a way for me to become less jumpy, without having to give up all these things??

Also you hear all these stories about how people's houses are haunted and so you want it to happed to you to even though you dont realize it, so you'll make it "happen". I AM THE LORD JESUS CHRIST. I COME TO EAT YOUR CHILDREN, DO NOT SLEEP AT NIGHT BECAUSE THE JEWISH HAVE KNIVES OUTSIDE OF YOUR WINDOW!

It could be possible that reading about ghosts and such so much is causing you to see these things.
I would definently let up a little on these types of stories and movies.Keep a nightlight on before going to sleep. And try not to drink milk before bed, because it will make you have odd dreams sometimes. [ LongLostHeart's advice column | Ask LongLostHeart A Question ]
ALEXandADRIANA answered Sunday June 26 2005, 9:07 pm: You could maybe cut down on how much you watch, read, and research the paranormal. Find something else that you could be interested in to maybe replace the paranormal "obsession". To become less jumpy cut down on caffeine (if you drink cokes and stuff), try getting more sleep, distract your mind with out thoughts (happy thoughts), and do not watch or read anything scary before you go to sleep or at night time. If you continue hallucinating and it gets worse, you should tell your guardian because you might need medical attention. Goodluck. [ ALEXandADRIANA's advice column | Ask ALEXandADRIANA A Question ]

sleep in pitch black so then there are no shadows and stuff to freak you out and you cant see anything you just have to worry about the noises
