Well, most people assume that in order to fix a broken heart you have to just forget about the guy/girl and hang out with your friends right away. However, I've experienced this and what really helped me was to take it easy for a few days. Just lay in your bed for a while and just think. Clear your head. Maybe go for a walk. It's OK to think about it. The worst thing you could do is avoid it. When people try to avoid it they try to act happy and later it all comes back to them and they break down. You just need to take it easy for a while, be by yourself, and think about what you want and how your strong and can go on without this person in your life. Think about if you want to stay friends with this person or if you think it would be best to keep him out of your life. I gaurantee you that if you think about it for a little, one morning you will wake up and think, "I really am OK. I'm over it." This is when you can start hanging with friends again. Maybe move on with other guys/girls. There are sooo many people out there. Just live your life and love it!! :)

Before you die I suggest you tell the police who did this to you.
Or have them shot rip their heart out of their chest and eat it.
You'll be all better. [ cesoir's advice column | Ask cesoir A Question ]
