Toned

Question Posted Sunday June 26 2005, 6:43 pm

Does anybody know how long it would take to make a little bit of chub on my stomach turn into a nice toned stomach? I don't want a six-pack or anything, just a well toned stomach. Also, besides crunches, does anybody know some exercises that could help the process of my stomach getting toned?

Try pilates. It works for me if you keep with it and do it every day. You can buy tapes and dvds from Wal-Mart and other stores like that. My favourite is called "CRUNCH Pick Your Spot Pilates".

Hope I helped =)
