Does anybody know how long it would take to make a little bit of chub on my stomach turn into a nice toned stomach? I don't want a six-pack or anything, just a well toned stomach. Also, besides crunches, does anybody know some exercises that could help the process of my stomach getting toned?
orphans answered Sunday June 26 2005, 7:15 pm: Try pilates. It works for me if you keep with it and do it every day. You can buy tapes and dvds from Wal-Mart and other stores like that. My favourite is called "CRUNCH Pick Your Spot Pilates".
