Heptune answered Saturday June 25 2005, 6:15 pm: Well, I like to give small animals long names, the smaller the animal, the longer the name. So I would name a tan male gerbil Zebulon Russett Longbottom Rodentberger III. [ Heptune's advice column | Ask Heptune A Question ]
Cat
Dog
Pig
Horse
Cow ** (I like it)
Rat
Gerbil
Cinniman
Nibbles
Co-Co
Evil
Demon
Rat
Fuzzy
Mr. Whiskers
Mr. (I have a friend who named her hamster Mr. - just Mr. and that's all)
Sandy
Pirate
Jolly
Roger
Jolly Roger *** ( I really like this one! )
Coca Cola
Pepsi
Mr. Pibb
and the like. I don't particually care for any of the names you said. My favorite would have to be Jolly Roger. *nods head* All the names you listed were "cute" names; this is a gerbil we're talking about! He deserves something masculine and tough. Jolly Roger. Very good. Or Cow. Just because it's random.
I also like what Shake said. "InsaneCrazyPoptart" or "MountainOyster" but I like "InsaneCrazyPoptart" better. Or you could just call him Poptart.
OrangeChikn answered Saturday June 25 2005, 1:16 pm: AWWW!! I have gerbil just like that.... I think Cinnamon is the best name in that list. Nibbles sounds a bit too girly for a male.
Have fun with your new gerbil! If you have any questions about them, feel free to ask me, as I have 2 gerbils.
