hmm.. that's biologically impossible. the passage way in a penis is shared between ejaculation and urine. when a man is aroused, the channel for the urine is shut off and opened to the ejaculation. i think what you're talking about is pre-cum. it's natural, he can't stop it.

Tinkles? Like he pisses or cums in your mouth a little bit? If its cum then thats normal and no you cant stop it. He can't feel it either is Pre-Cum.
