You count your whole period from the day it starts till you reach 28 days (or however many are in between your period).

So say your period starts on a Sunday and lasts 5 days-- you'd start counting that sunday!

Start counting from the day you got it. Like if you got it on the seventh, you would get it around that date next month, from the 5-9th. You always have to give or take a few days if you just got your period, because it's still irregular.

The first day you get it you count off from there. When you have it again you start all over again. lol h.i.h

You can start counting from the last day that you got your period. Like if you started on the 11 just think that you will start it next month sometime around the 11. Sometimes its not the exact date but its around there! ex___o0 ♥

well actually...i start counting from the day i get it. just write down on the calendar the date you get it, and the next few dates you get your period...and you should be able to see patterns in the number of days for each cycle, not everyone has a perfect 28 day cycle. hope i helped <3
