Yes very healthy for you. If you are on any diets vegtables are really good for you. Like carrots. They are good for your eye sight. &hearts ]
All fresh veggies are healthy. Frozen veggies are next in line, then canned are last, but better than nothing.
If you are concerned about loosing weight though, you might want to avoid avacados, and olives, they are high in fat. And, oh yes, yellow corn, while sold as a veggie, is actually a starch. So if you are on the "weight watchers diet" where you have to count your carbs, corn would be considered a carb.
