If you are concerned about loosing weight though, you might want to avoid avacados, and olives, they are high in fat. And, oh yes, yellow corn, while sold as a veggie, is actually a starch. So if you are on the "weight watchers diet" where you have to count your carbs, corn would be considered a carb.
