Straightening Irons

Question Posted Wednesday June 8 2005, 10:53 am

I have really curly hair. I want to be a straightening iron around $100 since the last straightening iron I got (wet2set $30) leaves my hair looking really dried out & fried. Does anyone know of a flat iron around my price range that we'll leave my hair looking healthier than the cheap one? Thanks!

Go to Sally's Beauty Supply, they have great straighteners for about $40-60. They work very well and leave your hair smooth and healthy looking. Hope I helped =)

Helen Of Troy is the best. I assure you. Another great technique is to clip everything but the last layer of your hair, and straighten it. let down a little at a time. xox&eharts;ashh

ok,it isnt the straightener as it is the shampoos and condistioners. Well.i use brilliant Brunette shampoo because im bunette[[sp?]] and you can get Brilliant Blonde to. and all the colors in between. Its a really good shampoo..you could also use leave-in-condistioner. =)

I kno just how you feel. My hair is exactly the same. i have a Revlon straightener. It works really well. I blow dry my hair some first. If your hair gets really fried then use a sdtraightening serum.

If you go to your local Sally's Beauty Supply, they have flat irons that have are a good price, since the price is reduced. I use a Helen of Troy or a ceramic straightener and it defrizzes my hair and such.

buy some cheap straightening irons and use some heat protective spray. it leaves your hear really shiny and protects it from heat when straightening your hair.
