JamesBaybiGurl answered Monday June 6 2005, 11:56 am: Daily Cleansing Pads dont work, I used Proactive and it worked right when I started using it. If your willing to stop the Acne while its beginning try Proactive, Holldd on I got the number too lol sorry if I sound like a crazy person!! Anyway the number is 1-800-270-4488, Call that and just follow the directions and stuff they ask you! Anyway best of luck hope it gets better if not just go buy a cute tank top that matches one of the colors in your bathing suite bottoms and you will be fine!! Best of luck!!
Michele answered Monday June 6 2005, 9:59 am: Hi,
Well,I am an esthetician (skin care specialits) and I can tell you, that if you product works or not, you won't know for 28 days. Your skin changes every 28 days. Yes there are new pimples starting, that won't be eliminted until they come to the surface and are treated. Continue to use the Clean and Clear. If in 30 days, it is not working, you have to try anothe product Also use a loofa sponge, or some sort of fiber sponge, that feels scratchy, to exfoliate dead skin cells. And keep the area clean, bacteria is a major cause of acne. If your hair is oily, your skin is oily also. Wash your hair a lot and keepit up off your skin.
If the clean and clear doesn't work, and I don't know what the ingredients are, off the top of my head. Please try a product that contains benzoil peroxide, and/or salisylic acid. (spelling?) or both. Please remember this. Acne cannot be cured, it can only be managed. You have to stay on top of it or it will come back. The sun is good for acne. I am not sure that sun tan lotions and/or sun screens are good for acne, they may aggravate it. If possible look for a lotion that is "non=comodogenic" which means it doesn't clog pores. And take heart, you will grow out of it some day. Even though that doesn't help you today

I would suggest a really hot bath and a light scrub with soap will do just fine. You aren't a freak, you are a teenager. Put your hair up and away from your back for a while. And if you wash your hair every day or every other day, then that should help too. But sometimes the more cleanser and chemicals we put on our skin, the worse the problem becomes.
