Lights_Fade_Out answered Thursday June 9 2005, 12:41 pm: A diet that you could do is low carb, but do not cut all carbs out of your diet. During and after you exersize try eating power bars and drinking a LOT of fluid. Fluids filter all of the crap out of your body. Mostly drink water. A workout routine would be to do 300-500 crunches a day. It dosent matter when, and it dosent matter how spaced out they are. You can go online and get yoga routines, or if you have magazines they usually have something about workout and diet. If you dont have any, try getting some mags from your friends or family.
hope this helped, you can ask me any other questions if you'd like. =D
vintagerose answered Wednesday June 8 2005, 8:45 pm: i know exactly how you feel. I'm 14/f 5'2 (as well, yay shorties!) and i need abbs. I foudn the best thing to do it make a routien, crunches every night, no matter what! dont be discouraged if you dont see results, they'll come within two to three weeks. Dont worry too much a bout diesting, just dont snack. [ vintagerose's advice column | Ask vintagerose A Question ]

lazy_one answered Saturday June 4 2005, 11:31 pm: you don't really need to diet. i am 13/f 4'11" and i weigh 118 lbs. if you want a six pack you could do sit ups, and/or get some Tae-Bo videos. (they're really fun and easy.) you could try to eat right too. you don't neccasarly(<<sp) need to loose weight but eating right will help you speed up your metabolism.
hope i helped
luv2swim109 answered Saturday June 4 2005, 11:03 pm: going on a "diet" wont work because if you cut off all your sweets (im using sweets as and example" then you body will adjust to that calorie intake so your metabolism will slow up. just watch what you eat a little and try doing crunches. i do 500 a day so it would definatly work for you too. good luck!
MHScutie87 answered Saturday June 4 2005, 10:39 pm: for the diet- go for a high fiber, low carb diet. don't completely cut carbs because thats not good for your body.. as you probably know, stay away from fatty food like candy, sweets, and sodas bad for your body too
for the workout- do 15 COMPLETE sit-ups where you come all the way up every morning and every night. just make it a part of your routine..once youve got that easy, bump it up to 20, then 25, etc
the working out will also help you feel more relaxed and help w/ ur stress levels
