JJbear answered Wednesday June 1 2005, 9:23 pm: you can start by working out everyday with your friends, but make it fun and something you enjosy doing.also, start by cutting out one type of food and replacing it with a fruit or vegetable. DON'T go on a crash diet and only eat an apple a day. dieting takes a long time, it can't happen over night. to me, it sounds like you don't even need to lose weight. being a little chubby is ok, but do noit starve.

To stay on your diet, you could record everything you eat. If you ate a lot of junkfood, recording all of it down would make you realize it and it might make you feel bad and stop eating. lol. Just stay away from the kitchen. lol.
