well einstein...no more unprotected sex...that will do you wonders!...and yea you should tell your parents...because yea it will show up on their insurance paper work if you went throught their insurance policy...if you didnt go through their insurance then just wait until you find out whether you have it or not...and then if you do have it...you tell them...if you dont have it...then there is really no reason for them to need to know...best of luck with everything...and im sorry to hear about the loss of your child...hope you make it through everything ok

Actually clamydia has no symptoms, but it is an infection that has to be dealt with. Most likely they will give you anti-biotics. maybe a shot to get you started, and then pills. That should clear it up. How is it that you went though all this and your parents don't know any of it. Who is testing you? You won't have to tell your parents if you have Chlamydia unless you need someone to pay for the prescription for the anti-biotics. Don't put it through your parents insurance, because they will get the bill, and they will question you on what you needed the script for. In fact, if these procedures you had done were put on through your parents insurance, they are going to find out. They are going to see the charges on the paperwork that they get from the insurance company. I suppose you could tell them that you were being treated for a YEAST INFECTION. Girls get them all the time, and not from having sex. I hope this helps and good luck to you. and NO MORE SEX WITHOUT CONDOMS< OK????!!!?!?!?

Chlamydia is a common sexually transmitted disease (STD) caused by the bacterium, Chlamydia trachomatis, which can damage a woman’s reproductive organs. Even though symptoms of chlamydia are usually mild or absent, serious complications that cause irreversible damage, including infertility, can occur “silently” before a woman ever recognizes a problem. Chlamydia also can cause discharge from the penis of an infected man.Chlamydia can be transmitted during vaginal, anal, or oral sex. Chlamydia can also be passed from an infected mother to her baby during vaginal childbirth.Any sexually active person can be infected with chlamydia. The greater the number of sex partners, the greater the risk of infection. Because the cervix (opening to the uterus) of teenage girls and young women is not fully matured, they are at particularly high risk for infection if sexually active. Since chlamydia can be transmitted by oral or anal sex, men who have sex with men are also at risk for chlamydial infection.Chlamydia is known as a “silent” disease because about three quarters of infected women and about half of infected men have no symptoms. If symptoms do occur, they usually appear within 1 to 3 weeks after exposure. In women, the bacteria initially infect the cervix and the urethra (urine canal). Women who have symptoms might have an abnormal vaginal discharge or a burning sensation when urinating. When the infection spreads from the cervix to the fallopian tubes (tubes that carry eggs from the ovaries to the uterus), some women still have no signs or symptoms; others have lower abdominal pain, low back pain, nausea, fever, pain during intercourse, or bleeding between menstrual periods. Chlamydial infection of the cervix can spread to the rectum.
Men with signs or symptoms might have a discharge from their penis or a burning sensation when urinating. Men might also have burning and itching around the opening of the penis. Pain and swelling in the testicles are uncommon.Men or women who have receptive anal intercourse may acquire chlamydial infection in the rectum, which can cause rectal pain, discharge, or bleeding. Chlamydia can also be found in the throats of women and men having oral sex with an infected partner.

chlamydia isnt too bad if its caught early enough. it can make you infetile but thats if it stays im your system for ages. there are no imediated symptoms thats why so many people get it and dont know and pass it on. if you do have it all they will do is give you a course of anti-biotics and that will sort it out.
dont worry you will be fine!

Ok don't panic you've done ABSOLUTELY the right thing by seeking professional help. Everything you need to know is in the link below. Quite often there are no symptoms and this is the problem- quite often girls don't realise they have it, but you don't have this problem as you're in the hands of experts so it'll be ok! You won't need to tell your parents so thats not a problem although sometimes this is a good plan but if you're uncomfortable about it don't worry! If you do have chlamydia you will be given medication which will clear it up and you will be fine. In future please use a condom and make sure your boyfriend gets checked out as he'll just give the chlamydia straight back to you if you have sex again. He needs treatment as well. Relax- you've done the right thing and you're going to be fine. Good luck.

omg my mom works with stuff like this. there are so many websites you can got to. BUT THE FIRST THING YOU NEED TO DO IS TELL YOUR PARENTS . I know this will be hard but what if you do get worse? you can stop some stds and this might be one but in order to stop thm you have to let your rents know so the y can rush you to the doctor. And plz remember to whoever else reads this sex might feel good and condoms dont but even condoms break so the only way to stop stds is to stay abstinent until marrage trust me its woth the wait. I really hope I helped you and if you'd like you can e-mail me at queenbianca2004@yahoo.com and I can try and send you photoes of what this does and tell you some symtoms. God bless your heart.
