If he is your friend then you should be there for him, always. Tell him that your there for him if he ever needs you and that you always will be. he only has you as a friend now and you should just support him.

hope I helped!

Be supportive and try not to tell him who the poeple were that said it b/c the people are bieng immature and stupid...he'll just get mad at those people and it'll make him mad, and that won't let him get any better...

Well I doubt that your friend is faking it. Wheel chairs are very expensive, so if he's faking it his parents would have to be in on it too. Why not just ask him what his illness is. You can sympathise with him and maybe help if you know. At least you can be there for him. Tell him that you will not judge him, and that you just want to help.

Let him know that you wouldn't stoop low as to treachery and that you really wouldn't hurt him. The way you're feeling right now about the issue is what you need to explain. You need to tell him because that's just the only way that you'll find out. Let him know that you're there for him . That's really all you can do about this. Oh and don't do any sorts of gestures that will make him think that you're fronting. Just be you and tell him how you really feel. Hope I was some help and have a nice day.
