I wanted to lose a few pounds before getting into a bikini and here's what i did. First i made sure i walked fast or jogged for 25 mins every day. Second, I made sure i drank 2 litres of water a day. Third, i made sure i had my dinner by 7.30 pm and that it didn't have a lot of carbs in it egpotatoes, pasta, white rice. That really helped and i lost the pounds! Hope this helps you

Exercise. Now I'm not saying to compete in a marathon, but a little exercise goes a long way. Start by doing little sets of sit-ups and push-ups. Do them correctly, or you won't help yourself at all. Another thing is, eat right. Once again, I'm not saying to turn into a "vegetable freak", but there's no reason to be a carnivore. Eat salads, take vitamins, drink water instead of soda. Think about what you eat at school everyday, does it seem unhealthy? Run outside, when the weather is nice. There are many ways to stay fit, but it all starts with you. This is my advice, from one 13 year old to another.

It also depends on your height. I think all girls feel like they're too fat.

Well, if you're worried about your weight, exercise and eat healthy. You should go on bike rides and walks. Also do crunches or sit-ups. You'll notice improvement. Hope I helped.

Try another scale to be sure. Go to toneteen.com and check out the work out stuff there to work on the parts of your body you feel insecure with. Later. :)

Eat less. Excersize more. Guaranteed weight-loss. Try eating a variety of fruits and vegetables such as apples, oranges, broccoli, carrots, etc. Eat some meats, but lean ones. Meats like chicken and some beef are good for you. Try eating fish too. Salmon and flounder are really nice.

Once you're eating right, try doing some sort of cardioaerobic exercise. Running is the best type of excersize for weight-loss. Just run a little bit each day. All it takes is ten or fifteen minutes each day for a few weeks to get rid of those few extra pounds.

Hope this advice helps! Ask away if you have any more questions.

It's just a number. I weigh around 120 - 125 and I look like I'm 105 - 110.

Honestly, it depends on your height. If you are short, you may look more, if you are tall, you may look less. Also, you are 13. Most teenage girls think they're overweight and you're probably going through a stage of puberty where a little weight gain is involved.

For exercising, take a walk. Go swimming. Do some jumping jacks. Just try and stay active. If you find out about any sports at school, sign up! You'll make new friends, have fun, and get exercise all at the same time.

Well, scales never lie..or maybe that's just a quote. Haha, but if you don't believe what the scale's showing you, then go try another one. If it's the same result, then I'd say your weight sounds fine. Everyone gets paranoid about their weight at one point or another, so just check, you should be fine!!♥
