you should keep doing what your doing. losing weight takes time and if your in Manitoba, bikini season is not coming along for a long time.

Try those health stores where they sell those powdery stuff. Pretty healthy is not going to cut it. Lower your calories and NO JUNK FOOD OR FAST FOOD EVER! NONE OF IT! Don't eat any good that is instant. More veggies!

Switch up your exercise plan. Also, exercising too much can keep weight from coming off. Try eating more spices, like cinnamon, for example. Spicy foods can temporarily help your metabolism. Keep in mind the last few pounds come off the slowest and that you're just human!

Good luck, and stop by if you need anything else!

everybody's body works differently so i'm not positive that this will be of much help to you but....green tea has herbs in it that supposedly boost ones metabolism. also if you do let yourself eat more than usual on one day and then mix up your eating patterns it might speed it up a little so that you could go back on the diet and loose the last 5 pounds, maybe 6 at that point, but you have to be careful not to fall back into bad eating habits with that plan. and one other thing is the type of excercising you are doing...if not already, do more cardiovascular workouts>as long as you're getting a good source of protein and eating a balanced diet<would probably help.
