if this guy is only using you to get soemthing then hes just in general a plain asshole. If you can't tell if hes just using you then do something, kiss him or something like that n get touchy but dont get on your knees or anything if you know what i mean and if he starts acting different after that then don't go any further cuz he might be using you let him make the moves from there

If he doesn't admit to his feelings (if you're right, and he does have feelings for you), then that's not exactly a great sign.. it means he's embarassed of liking you.
Some guys are just perverted. You should watch out for yourself... I mean, this guy doesn't sound like he likes you for your personality or anything. As for the whole sleeping with him or whatever.. I wouldn't do it. This guy sounds a little too interested in 'getting some'. But that's your decision.
