Evikins answered Thursday May 5 2005, 12:04 pm: Get a tight schedule that will involve ur brain 24/7. Hang out your friends as much as you can, and take time outs when you feel like it. Try to avoid the places you and the guy frequented for at least 2 weeks, and soon u'll be better. Last but not the least, Try not to think about how it would have been if you 2 were still together. Its goin' to be tough, but you'll be fine, i've been there.
Hope I helped. [ Evikins's advice column | Ask Evikins A Question ]

Ask your friends to help by keeping you occupied - organise a night in with your friends where you can watch movies, go shopping with them etc. I know its difficult to understand but it will get easier i promise - every day is a step towards getting over it.
