about 20 friends all get their cars keyed
I was at a party last night with a bunch of friends. We all had our cars parked in front of the house the party was at and the actual party took place inside the house and in the backyard. Well, when the party was over, everyone went outside and found all the cars keyed, wrapped, and egged. There were some notes on some cars that said "Spoiled bitches got what they deserved" We had no idea who did it or what the notes meant until school today. A girl came up to us and was like "how do y'all like your cars now?" This is a girl that we do not get along with at all. So, we believe it's her. Oh and by the way, we've never done anything mean to her or her friends. I told my dad that we think we know who did it (he's a Lawyer) but he said that unless we have some kind of proof, there's nothing he can do legally. Is there anything we can try?

o man thats a hard one. i guess you just have to keep talking to that girl till you can have real evidence. maybe like write her a note saying how mean that was that she keyed all of your cars and get her to write back saying you guys deserved it or something!

File a police report. The police can question these girls on a lie detector to get to the bottom of this, and if they don't, if these girls ever get arrested or in trouble, or apply for certain jobs, they legally have to report it!!

revenge is always good. do something "nice" to her car. or spread rumor that you saw her having sex with a teacher (make sure its a teacher you dont like cuz theyll get in trouble too, so you kill two birds with one stone)(bonus points if its a female teacher). other rumors work too. or get some ants and set them loose in her locker. slip laxitive in her food. spit in her drink. TP her house. try taking a shit on her lawn. lots of fun stuff you can do.

Unless you can get her or her friends to admit that they did it, there really isn't much you are going to do. Sometimes they will confess with guilt, but usually not. Pressure her friends into giving you more information.

Really don't know if this would work or not but just a thought- could you get a dictaphone or something (in true under-cover reporter style lol!) and get a sort of taped confession? If this girl has actually gone up to you and talked to you about the cars could you go up to her and just ask her why she did it? If shes got enough front to say what she said before its possible she could say something else that could link her to what happened. Might not work but maybe worth a try?? I dunno!

They have done this out of spite and jealousy. You have to go up to this girl at some point and take a friend with you. You just have to say this, nothing more, nothing less and don't react at all if she answers back, just walk away. Just say "we know who did this and we've had phonecalls giving us the names. We haven't done anything wrong but we will do if this continues. My Dad is a lawyer and knows exactly what has happened. He won't do anything unless I tell him to and I will do if this continues."
Just walk away and don't listen to anything she says in return. You made youe point and it will scare her. Good luck. This will work.

I'm afraid dad is right. What she (and probably her friends) did is just wrong. I think I'd be letting it known around school who did it. Make her look pretty low. Other than that just leave her alone...you don't want to give her an excuse to do it again. You guys need to carry a disposable camera around with you in case you come upon them messing with your cars again. :)

have a party this weekend and put some video cameras out in the cars
or just use violence to solve the problem.
those are your only real options, tell me, do you live in a state with a "make-my-day" law? cause then you can just kill her out of hand when you catch her.
