yu have to buy a bleachin kit. you can get them at lots of different stores. i would say you could go to a sally beauty supply near you but you need to have a card to buy chemicals. you need to show proof of cosmetology skills to buy any chemicals there.

Well if you want to colour your hair you need to bleach it. If you to a drugstore you can find boxes for colouring your hair and most of the time there will be a bleaching kit. Be careful though, bleaching your hair can damage it alot, so if you like your hair don't do it that often.

Ok, this may sound funny but I think you should put up with your parents before you try to bleach your hair. you really don't know what bleach could do to your hair. it might fall out.
