You'll be AMAZED at how much weight loss is accomplished by simply doing that!! And if you eat stuff like cake and chips... nix those, and gRab an apple oR some stRing cheese instead. CRackeRs and yoguRt aRe also good foR diets. Always Replace ALL WHITE BREAD with WHEAT bRead!! White bRead is the ENEMY; L.O.A.D.E.D with sugaR, just LOADED!! Also, it's impoRtant to RemembeR to dRink LOTS of wateR, and *DO* get some daily exeRcise. Hope this helps!! =D [ Mackenzie's advice column | Ask Mackenzie A Question ]
Daisy answered Wednesday April 27 2005, 5:56 am: First of all drink two litres of water a day. Sometiimes when you think you are hungry you are actually thirsty. Secondly try not to eat any carbohydrate (potatoes of any sort, pasta, bread) after 6.30 p.m as your body will be able to digest the food before you go to bed.
apart from that try fruit! [ Daisy's advice column | Ask Daisy A Question ]
elscorcho96 answered Tuesday April 26 2005, 11:08 pm: Definitely - I've lost over 10 pounds that way. The key to losing weight is to not stop eating but to stop eating things that are unhealthy. If you go to fast food places stop eating their food or order a salad with a lo-fat dressing instead. Only eat when you're hungry, not when you feel like eating. And try not to consume solids after 7Pm because your metabolism slows down after then - if you're hungry yogurt, fat free pudding, or a small glass of juice are great food substitutes. Just watch what you eat and try to get a little bit of exercise and you'll get the results you're looking for. Don't feel bad if it doesn't work immediately, you have to be very patient and not give into temptations (ie cookies).

orphans answered Tuesday April 26 2005, 7:49 pm: yes it is. substitute the soda for water and if you drink juice get the 100% real fruit juice. also put down the junk food and eat fruits, veggies, milk, and the other good stuff. but remember not to over do it. it is ok to treat youself. for example, twice a month i will eat what i really want to eat. dont go on 1 of those crazy diets like slim fast because sure you loose the wait but trust me you will gain it faster than you loose it! Karen answered Tuesday April 26 2005, 7:42 pm: Yes, it's definitely possible to lose a few pounds by just eating healthier and by exercising a little bit. Instead of eating regular chips, eat baked ones. In my opinion, baked ones taste better than the regular ones for some reason. There is no trans fat in them and there are less calories also. Instead of eating candy (chocolate, jolly ranchers, lolly pops, and so on), eat celery, cucumbers, crackers, apples, a sandwich, and so on. Just think before you want to eat something that you know is bad for you and decide what foods can replace this particular one. Also, drink caffine free and diet soda, instead of regular soda. Water is even better; I like drinking flavored water. [ Karen's advice column | Ask Karen A Question ]
