youaskmeIanwser answered Tuesday April 26 2005, 10:44 pm: Well truthfully there are alot of weight programs and websites out there, but if you want to go somewhere that works that is truly going to benefit you and keep you healthy, you should go to www.weightwatchers.com
Now this program takes time, but its the healthiest program out there according to all the top doctors and my mom is a part of the program. Within the last year she's lost 56 pounds and she's almost at her target weight. She went from wearing a size 22 in dresses to a size 14 and she doesn't have to starve herself to loose weight either. Just go to that site up there^^ and read on about the program. I hope I helped some. [ youaskmeIanwser's advice column | Ask youaskmeIanwser A Question ]

The May issue of Seventeen has a flat ab workout, as most teen magazines usually have some kind of workout to help you keep fit. They also usually have some kind of diet thing where they have recommendations of what to eat for a week. You personally can just work out, and run a lot, eat healthy, and you should see results in about a month, maybe less! hope i helped! Duckie answered Tuesday April 26 2005, 5:55 pm: Okay, omg. Try [Link](Mouse over link to see full location), you can record what you eat and it will tell you how many calories and day you eat and stuff. Then it will show you how much exercise you need to stay at your same weight (before you ate) or even lose it! It's REALLY effective, if you're interested in losing weight. You can enter your weight and everything, and it's ONLY for you. My friend went to her Nutrisionist and SHE reccomended it, so I'm guessing it's the best of the best. You're probably so cute and skinny anyway. :)
