i would like to remove cellulate, but i do not belive in creams and stuff like that. is there any other method that it is very effective. the only method i know drink alot of water and exersise. I would appreciate alot if there is an other way.
x0NYCbAbYx0 answered Tuesday April 26 2005, 2:13 pm: actually, you can remove cellulate. my mom works in a plastic surgeons office so i know this for a fact. they have this machine that kinda feels like a really deep massage and it loosens up the fat cells, causing the lines to go away...its not plastic surgery or anything drastic, but it works if you have the money to pay. its fast and efficiant, and depending on ur age theres no need to rush it. You can buy a body brush which you should brush upwards to get the circulation going. Also , first thing in the morning drink a cup of hot water and lemon to get your metabolism going. Also try not to eat your dinner to late. Try and eat it by 7.30 as otherwise you will go to bed and you will not burn off the fat and your body will store it.
