Hate to say it but there isn't any other way. You could possibly watch your calorie intake that way you wont have to exercise as much.

actually, you can remove cellulate. my mom works in a plastic surgeons office so i know this for a fact. they have this machine that kinda feels like a really deep massage and it loosens up the fat cells, causing the lines to go away...its not plastic surgery or anything drastic, but it works if you have the money to pay. its fast and efficiant, and depending on ur age theres no need to rush it.

Unfortunately you can't remove cellulite but there are many things you can do to improve it. You can buy a body brush which you should brush upwards to get the circulation going. Also , first thing in the morning drink a cup of hot water and lemon to get your metabolism going. Also try not to eat your dinner to late. Try and eat it by 7.30 as otherwise you will go to bed and you will not burn off the fat and your body will store it.

Exercise and weight control can help PREVENT cellulite, but once you get it it is there to stay. Some people have luck with liposuction but yuk. Sorry the news isn't better than that. :)
