Workouts What are some good workouts that can flatten/tone my abs in a couple of weeks? I'm not talking about a six-pack or anything ... just maybe a flatter stomach for the summer. I already do a 20min jog, leg lifts, crunches, and situps ... is there anything else that may help?

not really.. just increase your excersize everyday. one day do _ many crunches/w.e then then next day add 10? or something like that. because if your doing the same stuff, the same amount every day it doesn't help your body. ]
try to keep your legs locked and elevated 6 inches above the ground while doing your situps

*lay on your stomach.
*lift only your arms and legs off the ground.
*the more you do this, try holding them up for longer time periods
-- reaches!!
*lay on your back
*cross on leg over the other in the air. your body should make an "L"
*lay your back completely flat, your legs up, and rech up to touch your toes.
*start with doing ten reaches at a time.
*switch legs and repeat!
*the more you do it, the more touches you do. ]
I think that everything you said that you were doing already like jogging, leg lifts, crunches, and sit-ups is really great! If you try to do these things daily, I'm sure you will have a toned stomach by the time summer comes.
