My boyfriend and i have been going out for a while now and he wants to do more things then hug/hold hands.. he wants to kiss/make out and i have never done that before.. so my question is how do you actually make out and what do ou do with your tongue and mouth thanks i rate 5's

If you're totally not comfortable with the idea, just tell him you're not ready yet. He should understand. A guy that loves you will always respect you.
But if you are ready...one thing you should keep in mind is to take it slow and enjoy the moment. When you kiss put your arms somewhere...like on his shoulders, around his waist, on his neck, on his back, your hands through his hair, whatever.
To kiss closed mouthed, just leave your mouth closed, tilt your head the other way slightly just so your noses won't bump, close your eyes if you wish, and give his lips a peck. It doesn't matter if your top lip is on top of his top lip or if your top lip is on the bottom of his top lip. lol. I usually put my lips on top, if that helps you decide any.
If you wanna french him, do the same as a regular kiss, but then open your mouth a little when your lips touch his. He'll either put his tongue in your mouth first or you'll put yours in his. You don't need to worry about how big to open your mouth because once you use your tongue your mouth will automatically open big enough. Tilt your head even more so your lips are locked when you french kiss...this will keep the drool from going every where...lol.
Once you touch his tongue it's all up to you. If you don't know what to do, I'm sure he will lead and you'll see how to do it. You just move your tongue around and "explore" or "massage" his tongue. If you ever run out of things to do with your tongue, you can spell out some letters with your tongue on his. lol.
Making out with french kissing with "heavy caressing". I'd be careful with that because it could always lead to other things.
