I have a problem...I'm 15 and I weigh 100 pounds...good right??? Yeah I know! But there's always a downside...My stomach looks like it's 6 months pregnant! It's sooo fat and I always have to suck in but it still shows! Why do you think this is...and How can I deflate it??

If you want to tone your stomach/abdominal so it won't seem as though you are pregnant, then you need to do exercise such as crunches and sit ups. Do a few sets each day and gradually increase the amount you do over time. Running and jogging also helps and so does eating healthy. [ Karen's advice column | Ask Karen A Question ]

Also, try doing aerobic excercises like running/walking, biking, or sports, basically anything to get your hgeart going. This helps to tone up your body and sometimes it helps to lose weight.
