Well Im 15 and im 9 and a half stone, the doctors say that my weight is perfect for my age and my height. but i still have a big stomach. its so annoying. My mum said that my weight is alright and always calls me skinny but im not! I need to lose some weight but if i lose too much the doctors put me on steroids. so how can i lose my big stomach but stay at 9 and a half stone? is it even possible? thankyou so much

You might want to specify what a stone is, as most people here are not from England. (A stone is 14 pounds, right?)

If you want to tone your stomach/abdominal so it won't be big, then you need to do crunches and sit ups. Start off with a few a day and then gradually increase the amount you do every week or when ever you want to. That's the only way to tone your stomach without losing weight. If you do other exercises and such, then you will lose weight. ]
