10 pounds in 7 days

I want to loose 10 pounds in a week. it's for a special occasion. how can i loose it fast?

Well, there is basically no way to lose 10 pounds in a week but if you want to see results pretty fast, then go on a low carb diet. You will see results in a few days. You may not lose 10 pounds but you will lose a few pounds. Just eat healthy, watch how much food you eat, and exercise daily. Do cardio exercises such as jump roping, running/jogging, running in place, and so on. Start eating a lot of vegetables and fruits and drink water.
