Idk anymore My life is getting increasingly worse the past few weeks. There's people in my life who know me like the back of their hand and understand me, and others that don't. Sometimes I get so frustrated I can't get my point out. It's in my head, obviously, but I can't seem to tell the other person what's on my mind. It frustrates me because now it seems I have a hard time expressing myself. I want to tell people how I feel!

Try to focus on where the breakdown in communication occurs. What is the nature of that which distances you from the people who know you?
Perhaps too it might help if you tried writing things out first. Remember, we all have times of stress and it is far from uncommon. Take some time for yourself, take a deep breath, and instead of struggling just go with what's happening in your life for a while and see where it takes you. ]
I have that problem too. Whenever it is something really important I write it. Either give them the written letter or use it as a reference. Either way will work. This doesn't work for just chatty conversation among friends, but if you need to discuss something real important to you, give it a try. ]
Try making sense of things in your mind before telling others how you feel. Put your feelings on to paper if you can't say them out loud. Keeping a daily journal might help. Hopefully that way it becomes easier to get your feeling out. Hope it helps!
