Yeah since I do it all the time.
Step by step here's how I do it...

My Aim
Edit Profile
Next, Next,
Next to the smiley face it says link, click that.
In the top box put the link which is [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) (then the other stuff and your username)
Then in the bottom box put what you want it to say
Then press okay
Then press finish.

That should do it. Hope I helped, <3 Always, Kate

When you go to put the link in your AIM profile, put the URL where it says Hyperlink URL, and right below it, it says Hyperlink Text. You can put whatever you want it to say in there. You could say advice, ask me, my advice column, click here, or something along those. ♥ Kristen

yeah. When you inter a link into your AIM profile, it says "Hyperlink URL" this is where you put the address [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) or whatever, and where it says "Hyperlink Text" you'll enter whatever you want it to say. If you want a link to my column, you'd put in Hyperlink URL [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) and in the Hyperlink Text you'd write "FunnyCide's Advice Column" or something to that effect.

To put a link in your AIM profile that isn't the whole link, copy your column link, go to profile where you can edit it, click on "link", paste the URL in "Hyperlink URL" section and in the "Hyperlink Text" section, you can type in "My Column", "Click this", or whatever you want to type and then click "Ok" and then hit finish and that's how you do that.
