Prom
i have 2 questions The first one is for prom i think most people get like long dresses and stuff but im not sure is itok to get like a knee- ancle length one ?
and 2 of my good friends already got pink dresses ..thers some pink dresses i realli like but now im thinkin i should get a different color cuz i dont want all of us to have pink dresses...so what do u think?

I think it's ok to get any dress you like just don't go like too over the top punk or anything. Also you can get what ever dress you want it's not like NOBODY has ANY of the same tastes.

get whatever length you want. there is no set length that you have to have for prom. i have seen some pretty short prom dresses and some really long ones too...in short, it doesn't matter what length as long you are comfortable.
and no, do not get a pink dress. be who you are. who cares if all your friends have pink dresses. go for something wild and amazing. you get to choose your dress, not your friends.

Today is my prom yay! Some girls dont like to get all dressed up and i think that a knee length would be great! Ive been looking at LOTS of dresses and websites and seen lots of shorter dresses from prom! I decided on a long one and lol guess what, its pink! Pink is in!! Its the color everyone will be wearing, its ok but i didnt think about everyone else, i did what i wanted and chose the best color for me, you do the same, if you really want to stand out though, beg to be different! i agree with you, I HATE LONG DRESSES. i bought a knee length one at DEB for a formal. I dont know if a knee length dress would appropriate for the prom, however you could do it because you would be different from everyone else. i dont suggest wearing pink if all of your friends are. i dont see alot of people wearing red, purple, orange, yellow...etc. but if you do get pink, make sure you get a print or pattern so you're not the exact same as your friends! knee length dresses are so cute! just make sure its really formal looking if thats your choice. good luck and have fun at prom!

long dresses are nice, its traditional. but dare to be different. i think shorter dresses steals the attention away from other girls. and i also think that you shouldnt wear pink too, because you know, its kind of cornny looking like everyone else. like i said, be different.

get whatever you want, if you like a dress, get it, prom dresses can be long, but it doesnt really matter, a knee/ankle length one would be just fine. As for your friends, if they liked pink, and you liked pink, its a perfect coincidence, if they get mad at you, at least you wore what you wanted to the dance. HOpe i helped -Angel

i think u should just get what you think looks best or go to the mall with a few of your closest friends who will tell the truth and they can tell you what looks best i think that if you want a pink dress get a pink dress like i always say never care what anyone else thinks xoxo hope i have helped
